Q1: Are you a trading company or a direct manufacturer?
We are a 100% direct manufacturer. Our factory is located in Shangqiu City. Unlike trading companies, we have our own R&D team and workshops, allowing us to offer factory-direct pricing, custom engineering, and immediate technical support.
Q2: Can I visit your factory before placing an order?
Absolutely. We highly encourage site visits. We can provide an Invitation Letter for your visa and arrange airport pickup. If you cannot travel, we can schedule a Live Video Tour to walk you through our workshops and introduce you to our team.
Q3: Do you provide installation services overseas?
Yes. We offer turnkey support. We dispatch experienced engineers to your site to guide the installation, commission the plant, and train your local workers. For smaller units, we also offer detailed 3D installation videos and remote guidance.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight from reputable banks, ensuring a secure transaction for both parties.

Q5: What is the expected service life of your pyrolysis reactors compared to standard market options?
Standard reactors often crack after 1-2 years due to poor welding or inferior steel. Ruike uses 16mm-18mm Q345R/Boiler Plate Steel (standard for high-pressure vessels). Combined with our automatic submerged arc welding and X-ray flaw detection, our reactors are designed for a service life of 5-8 years under proper maintenance, significantly ensuring your long-term ROI.
Q6: My country has strict environmental regulations (e.g., EU/EPA standards). Can your plant guarantee compliance?
Yes. We don’t just sell the machine; we provide a complete Environmental Control System. This includes a Water Scrubber, Activated Carbon Adsorption, and a Desulfurization Tower to remove H2S and SO2. We can customize the emission control unit to meet the specific air quality standards of your region, ensuring you get the operating permit smoothly.
Q7: How does your distillation technology solve the common problems of bad odor and color reversion in diesel?
Unlike traditional “acid-washing” methods that create pollution, Ruike utilizes a proprietary Gas-Phase Catalytic Tower technology. We use a special catalyst formulation that removes impurities and sulfur during the distillation process. The result is diesel that is golden in color, stable (doesn’t turn black over time), and has a significantly reduced sulfur content, commanding a higher market price.
Q8: Can your system be integrated with DCS for automated operation?
Absolutely. For industrial-scale refineries, we offer full DCS (Distributed Control System) integration. This allows for centralized monitoring of all pressure and temperature points, automated safety interlocks, and precise flow control. This reduces the need for manual labor and minimizes the risk of human error, making the plant safer and more efficient.
